WooCommerce
WooCommerce development for stores wired into everything else
WooCommerce stores built around how you sell: custom checkouts, subscriptions, B2B pricing, and plugins that sync orders, stock and customers with inventory, shipping, ERP and accounting systems. Stores moving from other platforms keep their products, customers and order history, with redirects that protect rankings.

Is it the right call?
When it’s the right call
- You want full ownership of your store, data and customer records
- Products, pricing or shipping rules are too specific for a hosted builder
- Orders need to sync with inventory, ERP, accounting or fulfillment systems
- Your store and a content-rich WordPress site should live in one place
When it isn’t
- A small catalog with simple shipping and no integrations We’d suggest: Squarespace Commerce or Wix Stores
- Checkout is only one step in a larger customer workflow or portal We’d suggest: A custom web app with commerce built in
- You’d rather have hosting and updates handled for you than run them yourself We’d suggest: Shopify, with your store migrated across

What we build
Stores with custom product types, subscriptions and memberships, wholesale pricing by customer group, and checkout flows that fit how you actually sell. When a plugin almost fits, we write a small one that fits exactly, rather than stacking three that conflict.
Integrations and migrations
We connect WooCommerce to inventory, ERP, accounting and shipping systems through their APIs, with logging so a failed sync is visible instead of silent. We also migrate stores from Shopify, Squarespace and older platforms, carrying over products, customers and order history.
21 October 2026: the PHP project fixed two critical vulnerabilities (PHP2Shell) in PHP 8.5.12, 8.4.27, 8.3.36 and 8.2.35; PHP 8.1 and older get no fixed release. PHP2Shell: what to do now →
Is the store still on PHP 8.2? Its security support ends on 31 December 2026; WooCommerce recommends PHP 8.3 or greater, tested up to 8.4. How to upgrade a store before 2027 → For the bigger picture, our WordPress PHP tracker shows each day how many WordPress sites still run PHP versions that no longer get security fixes.
When commerce is part of something larger
If checkout is one step in a portal, a quoting workflow or a subscription product, a custom application is usually the better foundation. Commerce inside a portal or workflow: custom web apps →

Questions about WooCommerce
Can WooCommerce sync with our inventory or ERP system?
WooCommerce can sync with most inventory and ERP systems that have an API. We write a custom plugin that syncs stock, orders and customers on a schedule or as events happen, or configure an established connector when one already does the job well.
Should we choose WooCommerce or a hosted store platform?
Choose WooCommerce when you want to own the store, its data and its code outright, or when pricing, products or integrations are too specific for a hosted builder. Choose a hosted platform when the catalog is simple and you want hosting and updates handled for you.
Can WooCommerce handle wholesale or B2B pricing?
Yes, WooCommerce can handle wholesale and B2B pricing: different prices, minimum quantities and payment terms by customer group, with retail and trade customers in one store. Where an existing extension covers the rules cleanly we configure it, and where it doesn’t we write a small custom plugin that matches how you actually sell.
Can you migrate our store from Shopify to WooCommerce?
Yes, we migrate Shopify stores to WooCommerce, moving products, variants, customers and order history and mapping every Shopify URL to its new address with permanent redirects. Customer passwords cannot be carried over, so we plan a simple reset email. The old store stays live until the new one has been tested.
Can you move our store from WooCommerce to Shopify?
Yes. We handle migrations to and from Shopify, so a WooCommerce store can move across. The rest of our Shopify work is set out on the Websites & commerce page.
